Minimum number of participants: The minimum number of participants required to obtain the group rates is 15 people (with some exceptions). In addition, you get a free ticket for every 15 tickets purchased.
Chaperones: We recommend a guide per 15 students. Also, group leaders and chaperones must ensure that students behave properly.
Lunch area: A lunch area can be assigned to your group for free when you make your reservation for 1 educational workshop or animated activities + access to exhibitions (half a day) + 1 IMAX® film. Your group can enjoy the room for a period of 30 minutes.
Lockers A locker room can be reserved for your group for the duration of your visit. However, it should be noted that the space is unattended and we suggest you do not leave any valuables. Thus, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
In the general interest of punctuality, all the participants are asked to present themselves 30 minutes before the beginning of their first activity.
It is possible to reduce the number of participants by 10% on site, for up to 10 people absent. A minimum of 15 people is required to maintain the group rate. For a higher number of participants, we will not be able to guarantee the places in the various activities.
In order to facilitate your arrival, your groups must be divided into subgroups, as indicated in your contract.
It is important to plan your travel according to the arrival time of your booking, a delay could result in the cancellation of some activities without refund.
It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 7 working days before the date of visit. Outside this period, 50% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
A deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation is required within 15 working days of receipt of the contract. The balance of the bill will be paid on the day of the visit at the box office of the Montreal Science Center.
