Minimum number of participants
The minimum number of participants required to obtain the group rates is 15 people (with some exceptions). In addition, you get a free ticket for every 15 tickets purchased.
Chaperones
We recommend a guide per 15 campers. Also, group leaders and chaperones must ensure that they behave properly.
Lunch area
A lunch area can be allocated to your group free of charge when you book a combo with 1 educational workshop or animated activity + free tour of exhibitions + 1 IMAX® film. Your group can use the room for 30 minutes. Lunches are not permitted in the food court. A surcharge of $1 per child applies if the package chosen does not include the lunch area.
What you need to know after booking
In the general interest of punctuality, all the participants are asked to present themselves 30 minutes before the beginning of their first activity.
The number of participants confirmed two weeks before your visit will be considered as the minimum number of participants invoiced.
In order to facilitate your arrival, your groups must be divided into subgroups, as indicated in your contract.
It is important to plan your travel according to the arrival time of your booking, a delay could result in the cancellation of some activities without refund.
It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 10 working days before the date of visit. Outside this period, 50% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
The invoice must be paid within 15 days of the visit. Please note that we reserve the right to request full payment before the day of your visit.
We accept payments by check, debit card or credit (Visa and MasterCard).
Taxes must be added to the posted rates.
