Offered on Sundays December 12 and January 16, from 9am to 11am.
The Science Centre is making changes to offer the most favourable visit conditions to those with special needs. Peaceful Mornings are events exclusively designed for them, their families, and those accompanying them.
What’s different about Peaceful Morning events?
o Reduced number of visitors to give young people all the room they need to have fun
o Reduced stimuli inside exhibitions halls, particularly in terms of sound and brightness
o Calmer areas with reduced lighting and floor mats
o A special visitors guide adapted to your needs
SCREENING SCHEDULE (December12)
o 9am: Oceans, shortened 20-minute version (in English)
o 9:45am: Océans, shortened 20-minute version (in French)
o 10:35am: Dans la forêt de l’ours esprit 3D, regular 45-minute version (in French)
The number of spaces available at the IMAX® TELUS theatre for those in wheelchairs is limited. Important: Reserve yours by calling 514 496-4724 or 1 877 496-4724 between 9am and 5pm, Wednesday to Sunday.

NO CHARGE FOR COMPANIONS
Regular ticket prices apply for those with special needs, but the person accompanying them can visit free of charge. Applicable only to one companion per person. This free pass must be booked online when the regular ticket is purchased. You’ll then need to present your CAL (Companion Leisure Card) or Accès 2 card when you arrive at the Centre.
Available on loan at the ticket counter:
o Noise cancelling ear muffs
o Printed version of the Guide for Accompanying People with Special Needs
You must leave a piece of ID with us during all equipment loans. Please note that quantities are limited.

This guide was designed to help you plan your visit at the Centre and for easy referral while on site. The guide offers an overview of the Centre’s various environments, the various quiet spots and changing places as well as the content of all our exhibitions. This should help you better choose the activities most suited to you. The guide includes all the information you’ll need to make the very best of your visit!
