Women and Girls of Science 7th Edition in pictures

The Science Centre hosted a brilliant 7th edition of its Women and Girls of Science event last Saturday.

About 3,302 visitors were with us and took part in over 30 different activities! We are just thrilled to see how every edition of this Science Centre event draws in more and more people each year.
 
A crowd of young girls and boys, teens, and their families were on site to discover and explore the world of science and tech and develop their passion for it.
 
And thanks to our partners, 90 young women got to attend the event —as well as an expert talk— for free.

The 2024 edition was presented by Amazon Web Services in partnership with UQAM’s Faculty of Science.
 
All proceeds from the event went to support the Montréal Science Centre Foundation and help fund the development of new exhibitions and school programs!
