Women and Girls of Science 8th Edition in pictures

The Science Centre hosted a brilliant 8th edition of its Women and Girls of Science event last Saturday.

What an exceptional day we had, last Saturday, February 15th, with over 40 interactive activities where young visitors and their families immersed themselves in the fascinating world of science and technology. We are also proud that 150 young women had the chance to take part in the day’s activities for free, including a compelling talk, thanks to the generosity of our event partners. 💫

Presented by Amazon Web Services in collaboration with UQAM’s Faculty of Science, this 2025 edition not only helped inspire the next generation of scientists but also helps us build the future with all proceeds from the event going to the Science Centre Foundation to help develop new exhibitions and school programs.
